Diver safety is our paramount concern and especially true when it comes to training entry level divers. Our ratio of maximum 5 divers to 1 instructor ensures that safety will not be compromise and divers will get the maximum attention from their trainer.

Trip bookings terms and conditions

DEPOSITS
 The deposit amount for Aur and Tioman trips is S$100 per pax, 50% for trips other than Aur and Tioman..
PAYMENTS
 Booking deposits for trips should be placed at least 7 working days before departure date. Full payment for all trip bookings must be made at least 3 working days before departure date, otherwise cancellation fees apply. We accept payments in cash only.
Deposits for trips other than Aur and Tioman must be placed more than 1 months in advanced. Full payment must be made at least 20 working days before departure dates.
REFUNDS
 Request for full refund of all deposits / payments is only allowed if:
Cancellation or postponement of trips booked is made at least 7 working days for Aur and Tioman and 20 working days for other trips before departure date; or
A replacement is found by the diver booking the trip; or
The trip is being cancelled or postponed by Scuba People
Otherwise, cancellation fees apply. Proof of receipts for deposits / payments must be produced for all refunds requested.
CANCELLATION POLICY
 The cancellation fee amount, as below, is deductible from the booking deposits or full payment amounts for:-
Trip Cancelled Before Departure:
For Aur and Tioman;
3 Working Days: Full Trip Cost
5 Working Days: S$100
For trips other than Aur and Tioman;
10 Working Days: Full Trip Cost
15 Working Days: 50% of trips cost
All balances, after deducting the cancellation fees, will be refunded to diver holding proof of receipts for deposits / payments.
